I’m Matt, a photographer with more than 20 years of experience, serving Edmonton and surrounding communities. I bring a professional, reliable approach to property photography and videography, with careful planning and attention to technical quality.
I work with Realtors, homeowners, builders, property managers, Airbnb and short-term rental owners, and commercial property owners. Projects can include houses, condos, acreages, new builds and commercial properties.
Before each shoot, we discuss the property type and size, required media, listing needs, timing, access and strongest features. I approach each property with fresh eyes, plan around your listing and brand goals, work efficiently on site, and handle the lighting, composition and technical decisions.
Careful editing and quality checks continue after the shoot. Your chosen package sets out the included media and delivery timeframe. Finished photos, videos and floor plans are delivered through a Google Drive link.

Floor Plans & Drone Imagery
Floor plans provide a useful visual representation of the property layout and are included in Standard and Premium. Standard includes drone photos; Premium includes drone photography and video. Drone work may be affected by strong wind, rain, snow, location restrictions and airspace restrictions near airports, and is provided only where it can be performed legally and safely.
Property Video & Social Reels
A video walkthrough can help viewers understand the flow of a property. Cinematic video offers a polished property presentation, while social media reels provide shorter content for promotion. Premium includes cinematic video, drone photography and video, and a social media reel. Standard includes a social media reel.
